Logged into my Rise rewards account today and noticed an extra 667 points from the last time I logged in. Definitely did not make a purchase between then, and they expire tomorrow. Anyone else ever had this happen?
(Sherb Cake × Amarelo #9) This strain is super funky skunky and seems to pooling up beautifully. Definitely looking forward to tasting these delicious terps. Evermore is at the top of the game here in Maryland for concentrates. I wouldn't recommend any other company above them for some quality rosin.

Has anyone else bought 8ths from a dispensary that have NOT been 8ths, more like 2.2 grams? I’m tired of this shit. Even eyeballing it I could tell, but having a scale definitely helps.
I bought Evermore Funky Guava in June 2025 and again earlier this week (thinking it was fine by now), and BOTH packages were 2.1 grams. Both from Blair Wellness. Fortunately, you get a free 8th if you email Evermore.
I also bought a Fade Co. 8th that was 2.1 grams recently. Tried reaching out to them (on IG) and they never wrote back. I’m done with them for good.

I just got this sour cream from curio and looking at the buds, I’ve never seen this but it looks like little pin holes in the tips of each part on the bud. I’m wondering what this is? Hope it wasn’t bugs burrowing in the plant or something but I’m completely ignorant to this so please explain! As far as the smell, it’s offensive but not in the best way. Almost like some sunscreen left in my grandmas basement for a month. Thought this was lemon cream by mistake.
Memorial weekend sale brought the price down to an acceptable level (though still more than I'd like to spend). Figured i'd give it a shot since I normally stick to cheaper stuff, treat myself to something better for once.
It's very flavorful and not in the perfumed, artificial way. I'll probably buy more next time there is a good sale near me. I can't see myself paying out at "normal" retail price though.
Normal price was $75/g, sale price was $52.50/g.
TL;DR: Bought a disposable for wax for $40. Smoked the wax, took the thing apart with two tools and gentle pressure, reloaded it, and now I have an idiot-proof way to consume concentrates. See post for photos.
On 4/20, I purchased a new disposable product from Alchemist - their “PuffGo” AIO with a half gram of concentrate, the Skunk Hero badder. I’d never tried any concentrates, so I spent the $40. I don’t usually buy disposables because I don’t like the waste they generate (and I’m a hopeless cart snob). Because of this attitude, and after examining the component, I took it apart to see if I could reload it with the concentrate of my choice. The manufacturer had a video with the components illustrated, showing no screws or sensors. Based on that, I started by prying off the black ring by inserting the blue tool between the ring and body and pushing upwards gently. Once that one was removed, I took a small bit and pushed the interior plastic dome upwards evenly around the dome so it didn’t crack. After cleaning the resin in the pipe with alcohol, I refilled the disposable with roughly .25 grams of sugar, which hit really nicely!
I share this in the hopes that someone like me (curious about concentrates but too much of a pretty flower princess to get a dab rig) might find this helpful or useful, or it might keep some stuff out of the landfill longer.

Not sure what’s up with that, but my local store got it in on Wed and updated the menu. Next thing I know, it’s sold out. Gleaf is triple 7 last I checked. Numbers were above 30% and 3.32 terps on some of it. Didn’t get a pic before it was gone. Anyway just curious what’s the hype
I’m a picky weed snob. High terps and decent thc or I’m good. Lately I’ve been having to stick to the regulars so as I sit here stoned and alone- figured I’d share with my imaginary friends:
I’m not an indica guy. I like being able to smoke and work (I have a creative artistic job) and I like to be happy. However I am on ADD meds so a pure Sativa interacts for me and will really get my anxiety going.
1: Rythm Afternoon Delight #4: the problem with Rythm is you are only gonna get 1-3 buds in the jar. But they’ll be big buds. Dense. Problem is- I feel like it tends to smoke a little quicker. But that could be me because the taste of this lately has been so good. It’s a good smoke on the way to work, on a lunch break as it will definitely help you stay alert. I have noticed tho that it’s either me or the batch- but it tends to get more indica as it ages. Weird but I usually have to switch it up after an 8th or two depending on the terps and what I want it for.
2: Fade Super Boof: This has been so on point lately that I will get it no matter what usually. They know it too because the price has been higher. The terps have been at almost 3% if not more. The buds have been nice and the taste is perfect. This makes me happy, energetic, creative and also lets me relax if I choose too and watch something good. I just smoked some so this whole rambling post is brought to you by Super Boof.

Stay away from Mantuska Thunderfuck by Fade. Tastes and smells like trash. Very disappointed.

Patiently waiting is an understatement. I could have chopped this and had it all blazed up by now but I've just been letting it ride. I ended up running out of bud like 2 weeks ago and have been puffin on frosty trim to get by. When bud was running low before, I wouldn't hesitate to chop a plant hella early just so I wouldn't run out. But I didn't get that, "OMG, IM RUNNING LOW, WHAT CAN I CHOP FIRST" vibe this time around. I currently have a cheap 510 threaded battery for my carts but it doesn't even have a preheat function and I keep having carts get clogged so I'm looking to get a new one. I don't really care about the taste or the cloud size. Ideally once that is USB C rechargable instead of micro USB, but it's not a dealbreaker.
I'm also considering getting an autodraw instead of a button activated but I heard they weren't as good so any thoughts or info about the pro/cons would be appreciated.

I just bought but haven’t tried yet. Budtender said they are the same papers Tysons Blunts uses - which are actually good. No tobacco. Super slow burn is all I really remember. Will report back and let you all know. 1.2G.
Looking back, I think my first try of AltSol’s Juicee J was a bit dissapointing. Weed was strong hybrid (30%+), and was about as pretty as any weed I’ve ever seen, BUT taste and nose was weak - i bet it was picked too early or cured too quickly. Not cool. Thankfully the most recent batch lives up to its looks. Think citrus-candy terps, with a backend that is creamy gas and spice. For me, the vibe was upbeat, euphoric, and social without getting too racy or too sleepy. First time made me sleepy and cough. This one was smooth. AltSOl redeemed itself here. Paid $39 at Tacoma for an 1/8th, but that included my $10 off loyalty points which i’m now factoring in pricing, cause anyone who goes regularly never pays full price.
So lately i have been buying thca flower online for way less than any dispensary I’ve been too. This is something new to me and i was skeptical at first but after trying multiple strains, i don’t think I’ll ever visit a dispensary again. The stuff i have been getting from thca small buds is phenomenal. I’m getting 2 zips of indoor for a little over $100.

hello all! i’m new to the maryland cannabis market, and need recommendations for flower suggestions and live resin vapes at the dispensaries here. so far i’ve tried garcia hand picked flower and it’s decent. district cannabis live resin carts are a hit or miss, all the disposables smoke wayyyyyy too fast or everything is hella expensive. i’m used to paying around $150-$180 for an oz but i’m seeing some oz are almost $310 here? is there a huge difference in the “top shelf” bud vs the cheap bud like garcia hand picked? i’m so indecisive, going to the dispensary tm pls give me all ur suggestions
