I’m planning on converting my PA into a meatotomy. Any tips or ticks anyone has before I start?

I couldn’t resist… and when waiting for the cut I enjoyed sounding with the clamp on

I planned on going further but I’m always nervous about how much blood there will be. And now I’m disappointed that it wasn’t further. How long do you guys wait between cuts? For me it has been months just by circumstance
