Nobody says "nonsexual clothing." The phrase only exists because nudity got annexed by sexuality at some point and we've been using language that accepts that annexation ever since.
OurnNew article is on why nudity and sex are genuinely different things, why destigmatizing sex isn't the answer to naturism's cultural problem, and what happened when we told the French Federation of Naturism's critics that if nudity is irrelevant to what they're planning, any beach works.

Hi all, I think I know the answer but going to ask anyway… are there any nudist spots closer to melbs than sunnyside? Im in the st.kilda area
Morning all, today is 22 looking to get out and get some sun after a few crappy weeks, looking to you to help decide if I head to Sunnyside or Southside?
Hey all, I’m a 21 year old guy from Melbourne!
I’ve always wanted to go to a nudist beach or area as whenever I see it online it looks completely freeing.
I’m just pretty anxious regarding a few things, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
Firstly, I’m a bit shy and it takes me a bit to warm into things so I wouldn’t want to take my clothes off immediately, however, reading through some other subreddit’s I have seen that some people get told off and kicked out for not being nude. Which I understand completely but I also don’t want people thinking I’m a perv just because I’m not unclothed straight away.
Secondly, I’m a bit scared that when I am nude I will get hard. I’d like to think that I have decent self control but it is a fear of mine.
Last thing I want to do is make anyone uncomfortable because I accidentally get hard.
Like what do I do? Run into the water to try to get cold or cover up immediately?
Lastly, do people look at eachother or come up and have a conversation or is it an everyone enjoys their own peace type of vibe?
Again I’m anxious already and last thing I kind of want is someone coming up to me and talking to me.
But also if everyone is talking to eachother I don’t want to be the weird guy in the corner avoiding everyone.
Are these valid concerns or am I overthinking???
Any good I ideas for where to visit during the cold months in melbourne
