Penis Reduction Surgery for a Micropenis Sexual Identity

I’m a late 40s married man and for over 20 years I’ve identified sexually with having a tiny penis. My actual erect size is about 5 inches long and 4 inches in girth, but my fantasies revolve around imagining myself with a micropenis. Recently I’ve been speaking with a surgeon who can perform penis reduction surgery, and I’m seriously considering reducing my penis's erect size to around 2.5 to 3 inches long and 2.25 inches in girth, which has very rarely been done. For me it’s about finally aligning my body with my sexual identity. The attached pictures show my current size and my desired size.
