Mum Tum

6 years since my last baby, and I’m looking for some honest opinions. I’ve spent years hoping my stomach would improve but I feel like this is probably as good as it’s going to get naturally. The stretch marks and apron from my c sections make me very self-conscious and I often feel too embarrassed to wear a bikini. Am I being too critical of myself or is it as noticeable as I think it is? And for those who have experience with it, do you think a tummy tuck would make a significant difference to the overall appearance?
I also struggle to believe my husband finds me attractive anymore even though he says he does
