Skin pinching

Hi all, I just got my second cage after some change in measuring. Both old and new cage make my skin pinched in between the tube and the PA (the red gap in this picture) Wondering if any experience the same. Or if any tips to prevent this. I dont think this problem comes from wrong measurement Thank you

Some initial cage questions

Apologies if this has been asked below. I am in the market for a pa cage and came across yours. The two questions I have are:

1: do your cages come with an option for people who are uncircumcised? I believe it is an ‘s’ shaped pa hook?

2: what gage are your pa hooks?
