So, for context, I am roughly 7 months post PA piercing. I started at an 8 gauge, and after 12 weeks sized up to a 6 gauge. Ive been at a 6 gauge for about 16 weeks, and bought a BAWR test cage to play around with. Ive tried it twice now, with the same result, after about 24 hours I have some discomfort and swelling, and when I take it off, some light bleeding from the piercing. The cage itself needs some tweaks before I order a fully custom one, but I'm hypothesizing the issue I am having is more due to the piercing not being 110% healed, rather than the cage not being a perfect fit. As another point of reference, I have been able to wear my Mature metal cage with a captive bead ring without much issue. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I would like to know your opinion on what is the best brand of custom made metal PA cage? What is your experience with cages and producers?

I’m about ready to go 24/7 and I wanna know the best cages for doing that. I’m eyeing getting a PA piercing cuz I heard it helps a lot and makes it more secure. Any tips and tricks? I do some sports like biking, Basketball, badminton, a bit of soccer. I’m also going on a trip soon so any tips for that?

I need assistance in finding an economical PA cage. I have several cages already (resin, nylon, metal), none of which have a PA comparability feature.

Terrance is a popular brand on Amazon and I own 2 cages by that brand. So I was thinking about possibly getting one of their PA cages since the PA part of the cage could work/integrate with my other Terrance devices. But I don’t know if that is the best decision after reading reviews stating that the PA tube is too deep/far back across all their PA devices.

I would like to buy a cage with a PA feature to prevent pullout and help with long term wear but I can’t find any products on Amazon for a PA cage that reviewers rate highly. On top of that, it appears that Amazon only has like 10 options available for cages with a PA feature. I’ve tried wearing a ring while locked in other devices but often get pinched at the head of the cage when aroused. So, I want to try a cage specifically made with a PA in mind so it would fit comfortably and not have gaps for pinching. I am not interested in a catheter device. Just want a quality cage, for cheap, that has a PA setup that would work comfortably. Doesn’t have to be Terrance (although that would be ideal for comparability with my other cages) or any specific material (as long as it’s safe for long term wear), as I am open to any suggestions that you may have.
