So, as of lately, I've been getting diarrhea. I'm still unsure as to why or how, but it might just be the things that I'm eating. Anyways, around 5 hours ago, I entered my bathroom and sat down on the toilet, but I still had my underwear on, and only my underwear on. I did this intentionally so that I can poop in my pants without making a mess onto the floor. However, something unexpected happened. I had diarrhea. However, actually really enjoy having diarrhea, especially when its inside my pants, so I enjoyed the situation much more than I originally thought I would. I had so much of it that it actually ended up ever so slightly leaking out of my undies, and some of it actually got into the toilet bowl. I then stood up and put the rest into the bowl and got a towel and put my underwear on top of it so that I could get the least amount of poop possible onto my floor. Some of it did still get onto the floor, but not much, so the cleanup wasn't too bad. Idk if my underwear is even washable, they might have to get thrown out, but that's perfectly fine, because at least I'll still keep this memory with me, likely forever.

I experimented with this again last weekend and this one was kinda not an accident.

It was our weekly netball training but this time we had a friendly tournament outdoors. I was in full kit. When I wasn’t on court I pulled sweatpants over my sports shorts to stay warm. I was standing on the sideline when I suddenly realised I was desperate for a poo. I have always held on longer than I needed to. I think part of me has always found that tension a little bit interesting so I was already closer to the edge than I should have been.

I told my coach I needed the bathroom and started walking towards the sports centre. About a hundred metres away I stopped. My body was really struggling to hold it. I took my bag off and held it in front of me like I was looking for something then instinctively widened my stance.

I did not expect myself to do what I did next.
I just let go.

A decent sized semi firm poo pushed out into my knickers. Because of the tight shorts it squished into place and filled the space pretty quickly. The whole thing only lasted about twenty seconds. I expected panic or guilt to hit but it did not. I reached back and felt the warmth through my sweatpants. I could tell there wasn’t a visible bulge. I actually smiled a little put my bag back on and kept walking.

One of my teammates walked past and said hello.
“Hey you heading in?” she asked.

“Yeah just need the toilet” I replied trying to keep my voice steady.

She nodded. “Fair enough. There are only two individual ones so there might be a queue. I nearly got stuck waiting last week.”

“Oh right thanks for the heads up” I said. Somehow I managed to sound completely normal even though my heart was racing a bit.

She gave a quick wave and carried on towards the court. I stayed calm and continued inside.

There was no queue at first but both toilets were occupied. I stood there scrolling on my phone becoming more aware of the warm weight in my underwear. Another girl from the team joined the queue a little way off. I did not know her very well.

“How is the tournament going for you?” she asked after a moment.

“Pretty good so far” I answered. “My team is holding on okay. How about yours?”

“We are doing alright” she said with a small smile. “Bit chaotic though.”

We fell quiet again after that. When a door opened I went to go in but she spoke up.

“Sorry would you mind if I went first? I am really desperate.”

I hesitated for a second nervous about my situation but I did not exactly need the toilet anymore so I nodded.

“Yeah of course go ahead” I said.

“Thanks so much” she replied and slipped inside quickly.

When the second door finally opened I walked in and locked it. I put my bag against the door and knew that this was the moment of truth. I lowered my sweatpants. They caught a little on the bulge in my shorts. The smell hit me then stronger with one less layer. It was not overpowering but it was definitely there warm and earthy and it made my face heat up a bit even though I was alone. I twisted around in the mirror and saw a smooth rounded bulge through the back of my shorts. I could not help smiling.

I carefully pulled the shorts down. Everything was still contained in my knickers. They were stretched out and had a clear orangey brown stain where the poo had settled. I prodded it gently. It felt warm and softish and a little shiver went through me. The smell was starting to get pretty bad so I knew I couldn’t just stand around like that forever.

I had to get back to the tournament so I moved quickly. Clean knickers from my bag wet wipes careful cleanup. I emptied the soiled pair into the toilet wrapped them tightly in a bag and buried them deep in my kit bag. Fresh underwear on perfume sprayed and I walked back outside feeling strangely pleased with myself.

I am still not sure what to make of it. Part of me cannot believe I actually did that. Another part keeps replaying how rewarding it felt afterwards.
