Ok, so my wonderful, beautiful girlfriend is a post op trans woman, penile inversion vaginoplasty, We love each other very much, are super comfortable and open talking about everything. I'm the only partner she has had post surgery and she is my first post op partner. It's safe to say both of experience fairly limited.
