They decided it was a good idea to not only mix up the location stuff by adding a damn chart that shows when it's the most active, but now they removed the "write on the wall" part of locations.

Might as well call whoever runs this site Google with they way they screw over their users.

Oh, also, their new "summaries" for locations are AI.

This feature was so good and allowed for connections and determining the vibe of a cruise spot. This plus the global messaging board made Sniffies worth the subscription to me, but now this AI slop says every spot “has chill vibes and is lowkey a good spot to signal to guys you want to have fun!”

Yeah it could have been annoying to see the same old dumb posts asking how is it or random drama, but so many guys were connecting through the check-in boards. This plus the constant bots, the app just doesn’t feel worth it anymore. May be a blessing in disguise to go back to in person cruising haha

The comment section on cruise locations has been removed. It looks like an AI generated summary. Extremely unhelpful in getting a feel for a cruise location no way of giving feedback except for through the edit on each cruise location if it’s truly AI if everybody complains in the comment section, maybe they’ll see it.

So, it's late night around 2:30 am and I head to meet a guy hosting in his hotel room.
