A few years ago, I had a roommate who was impulsive, and completely unpredictable.

She left to study abroad for five or six months on the classic Erasmus program in Europe. From what she told me during our calls, she mostly partied and had a great time. She met a guy in Spain named Juan (not his real name) and dumped her boyfriend back home.

When she returned, she was completely obsessed with him. Juan was amazing, funny, perfect. They kept texting nonstop and were already planning a summer vacation together.
