Thoughts on Tanner stage and progress?

I’m about 2 months from the 3 year mark (started October 2023). I’ve only take spiro and estradiol (sublingual). Doses sort of vary. I wasn’t very diligent about it and I actually skipped spiro until about a year and a half ago.

My levels have not been the best over these years due to inconsistent dosage.
Highest T (right before starting): 650 ng/dL. Last result was the lowest at 375 ng/dL.
Highest e: 68 pg/mL. Last result: 40 pg/mL.

Year one: 2 mg e once a day for a few months. Then 4 mg e split during the day.

Year two: 4 mg e split. Then introduced 25 mg spiro along with, but not very frequently.

Year three: 4 mg e split. Bumped to 50mg split spiro and sometimes threw in and 25mg midday.

Now: 4 mg e split, sometimes throw in 1 mg more. 50 mg spiro in the morning, 25 at night.

Tanner stage at roughly 10 months?

I started last year at 31 with EEn mono 7mg every 10 days (~0.18mL from 40mg/mL) for 90 days and took a break (dealing with sperm banking issues and needed to come off DIYing).

I have since come back on at the end of January (32 now) starting with the following:

24-01-2026 - 20-03-2026:
- 3MG (~0.15mL) 20mg/mL EV once every 7 days
- 50mg Spiro once a day

21-03-2026 - 10-06-2026:
- 5MG (~0.25mL) 20mg/mL EV once every 7 days
- 100mg Spiro once a day

11-06-2026 - 27-08-2026:
- 3MG (~0.15mL) 20mg/mL EV once every 5 days
- 50mg Spiro twice a day (once in the morning, once in the evening)

Update

48 mtf, 8mg E, 200 p4 plus, evra patches (weekly), around 20 years on and off.

Just a little update, not much growth since last time same bra size,, a bit bigger nipples and gravity doing what it's supposed to do. Seems all HRT is going to my butt now, noticing big chances there.

Greetings from Argentina

14 months on HRT, worried progress has basically stopped

In order: 14 months (second picture as well), 13 months, 12 months, 10 months, 7 months, 3 months and 1 week respectively

Feels like the pain has basically stopped and it’s made me incredibly insecure these are all I’m gonna have forever. bulky build doesn’t help

9.5 months hrt what tanner stage? Started at age 19

I was on 5.5mg EEn weekly from when I first started HRT up until around 5 months, then I increased it to 7mg EEn weekly and 100mg spiro which I’m still at 9.5 months in.
I honestly wasn’t expecting a ton of growth, since my mom has a pretty small cup size too. I’m still hoping to develop enough tissue for a breast aug eventually though.
I also wanna start progesterone, which is mainly why I made this post on what Tanner stage my development looks like.

I’m insecure about size of them :/ may be because I’m skinny or my frame size or just unlucky I have no idea atp but thank you!

u/EllaMaybe2 — 1 day ago

should i be worried? 23months mono een/eun

my levels are good. i feel like the tissue below the nipple hasn’t properly developed. you can clearly see it in the second pic but also i feel it when checking for lumps. i know its also normal for them to develop one before the other but its especially prevalent in the right one on the first picture. ive been considering looking for prog but i haven’t seen enough evidence for its effectiveness ans i hate the idea of its side effects.

2y 3mo e, first positive update 😊

last time I posted here I was in a crisis because I just hadn't seen growth in over a year and felt I was far behind the curve. I wasnt eating enough, but more important i find out my levels had been like, critically low for the first 2 years, and I resumed prog again. ever since I restarted prog and fixed my levels we've been full speed ahead!!! I'm starting to love my boobs, above anything they're really starting to fill out and just seeing them makes me so happy. this is like the first time I've ever posted here not mid crisis!!!

my levels are screenshotted in the final slide, my routine has changed so much its getting to be too much to type, but i will update it:

June 2026 - resumed prog, 200mg nightly taken rectally

August 2026 - same e dose, but instead of injections every 7 days, moved up to every 5 days

Breast timeline now Vs 2-3 months. Total of 3 and 1/2 years.

Started progesterone (200mg a night, rectally) a year or so ago for a month or so and stopped and have recently started again for 2 weeks.

Been on mono therapy injections for the last 2 years: estrogen undecylate 100mg/ml - 33-35mg each 28-31 days

First year of monotherapy cyphionate every week 7-8 mg (can't remember exact concentration for vial as it's been years now but this is how much it worked out to with my calculations at the time.

Started with finesteride 5mg and oestrogel 2mg a day as prescribed by gender GP for 6 months.

First three pics are taken 5 minutes ago and last photo is around month 2 or 3 as I just started to notice the bud and sensitive nipples.

I started hormones at age 19.

14 months on HRT ☹️

26 years old. I started very low on 06/26/26 with 2mg on E and 50 mg spiro. Gradually increased every 3 months. On my 1 year mark, I was 8mg on E and 150mg Spiro daily. I was not too happy with the results so I made the switch to Injections 0.6ml weekly with Estradiol for the last 2 months.
1st pic: pre-HRT
2nd pic: 1 year ago, 2 months on HRT
3rd-5th pic: this month/today

Are there any changes? How do they look? Am I having brainworms?

u/itsjadee3 — 2 days ago

6 years 10 months HRT

Started hrt when i was 19, i am now 25 and wondering if its reasonable to expect any more growth happening?

started on Gel about 3 mg +2 mg pill + cpa blockers

5 years in i swapped to patches 50 uq/24 h + 2 mg pill+ cpa blockers
3 months later changed into patches 75uq/24h + cpa blockers
6 years in i then added Progesteron
and now over the last half year im on 150uq/24 patches + cpa blockers + 100mg prog

The brainworms absolutely lie.

Occasionally I get these thoughts that my breasts look weird or that they’re not progressing as much as I think they are. Thank the goddess for whoever suggested taking timeline photos to me early in my transition, because these results are so satisfying. I’ve still got so much time to go, too! Third photo is 5.5 months, last one is yesterday, at 9.75 months HRT. It’s much too early to tell if the recently-added progesterone is contributing much or not, but I’m excited to gather more data as the months roll on!

It’s just wild to me that my body has changed this much in less than a year. Comparison is the thief of joy and all, but I can’t help but be curious and check places like this to see where my development sits compared to other girlies in similar situations. I don’t mean to brag, but it really does feel like I’ve been extremely lucky with genetics and how my body responds to the hormone treatments. I didn’t have a ‘goal breast size’ outside of ‘something that makes me happy’ and girl, the brainworms have no hold over me when I consider that I still have years of not only growth but shapely development to look forward to.

I started at age 35 and I’m now 36. I was originally on estradiol tablets taken orally 2mg 2x/day and Spironolactone taken orally 50mg 2x/day. After 6 months we switched to estradiol valerate injections with a weekly dose of .3ml/week of 20mg/ml and upped the Spironolactone to 100mg 2x/day. At 9 months we dropped the Spironolactone back down to 50mg 2x/day because the mix of switching to injections and increase in antiandrogen tanked my t levels so much that I was experiencing issues. We also added 100mg progesterone taken orally 1x/day at the 9 month mark. Though, in this last week I’ve switched to taking it rectally after confirming with the doctor that this route was appropriate.
