Inducing lactation as a gender fluid AMAB person

Hi everyone!

I'm currently thinking about initiating lactation for a pregnancy project with my partner (who's a cis woman). I'm gender fluid, and am currently starting a low dose of estradiol to feel out the effects on my body. A doctor is okay with accompanying me through the lactation induction process, but he told me it could be quite heavy (he's only done it with cis lesbian women for the moment). In any case it won't be until a couple of years, we're not ready to be parents yet.

I'm not necesserally aiming for passing as a trans woman, but am not against the possibility either (even though I'm not sure I'm willing to put the effort). It would be simpler to continue boymoding for work, but I'm not sure that's realistic.

Any perspectives to share? Any similar experiences? Any references to point me to? Thankss :))

Domperidone?

Where are yall getting it? I found some on in-house pharmacy but never ordered from there before.

Also for those that it has worked on you; how long did it take to see results? I already produce A LOT of clear fluid mixed in with some colostrum (I suppose it is?) I also bought a pump, really excited to see if I can produce!

Question

I try to stay pretty anonymous on reddit but have a few questions. I've been transitioning for 1.5 yrs and trying to lactate. I've been pumping for 3months and nothing has happened. Was going to try Domperidone but have no clue where to find it and was looking for advice on how to get it

Domperidone cycling?

So I had a milk supply a few weeks ago before my prescription ran out so I went about 2.5 weeks without Dom which caused me to almost completely "dry up"

But not I've been back on it for almost a week I've noticed my milk supply has come back even stronger than before.

I'm wondering if there's any evidence to back up that "cycling" Domperidone is effective
