Hi, I'm new here and also new to sounding. I've only done it three times so far, and I could really use some advice.

I recently used a new stainless steel sounding rod that just arrived. I've never used a stainless steel sound before. About an hour after I finished, I started feeling feverish, and now I have a full-on fever.

I cleaned the rod before using it by boiling it for quite a while and wiping it down with alcohol wipes. I've never experienced this before. Usually, I only get a stinging sensation in my urethra. I never got a fever when I was using silicone sounds.

Is this normal, or should I go see a doctor?

Hey it seems like i can't progress to bigger sound. I'm stuck with 9mm sound. It difficult to insert every time, it's been months. It is the first Time for me, every size before was easy. Dou you have some tips to surpasse this ? My wish to be able to finger my cock seems more and more unrealistic 😕
