At the beginning of the year, my wife challenged me to genuinely explore an age-gap connection outside my usual lane. Not as a checklist thing or some rushed hookup mission, but as an actual human experience with someone younger (18-20) or older (50+) where the chemistry feels completely different from what naturally happens in peer-age dating.
