So I bought 3 custom videos from @wedgiegirleli0 around early April through Throne as an anonymous guest for $54. She said they’d be ready in 2 days, but after that she kept having issues. Her Snapchat was banned and her Twitter DMs weren’t working. On Reddit she said she was having technical problems and repeatedly offered me a refund. I declined them because I just wanted the videos.

Weeks later, she said the videos were finished and eventually sent me a folder, but the link didn’t work for me. After trying to fix it, she sent the wrong videos instead. It was old content that was already posted publicly. I told her, she removed them, and then stopped responding again.

From May through June, I kept trying to contact her. On June 18, she said she didn’t know which videos were mine anymore and was stern on refunding me. I finally agreed at this point but because I paid anonymously through Throne, I didn’t have an account. She kept asking for the original account I used even after I explained multiple times that I checked out as a guest. After that, she removed me and made her account private.

I tried to be patient because all I wanted were the custom videos I paid for, but after all this time I lost $54.
