Long time no see
It's been a while! I was quite inspired today, the energy was so right... I just had to drop in and say hi!! Anyone else feel that awesome vibe??

Missed you guys. Yes I've totally been lurking, processing, recalibrating and adjusting my approach to literally everything... like last time! Maybe it's just the way this goes?

Playful is my new favorite mental mode, I've decided. It's so fruitful and contageous, even when things are dry or lacking cohesion. The trick is just *remembering*... during the heavy moments, when the seriousness and deep storyline immersion is overwhelming. So emotionally distracting, like an anchor pulling awareness down into the misery of being and experiencing.

It can pass with conscious inspection of those knots. Theres always something that reminds me to look up, which bounces me right out of my funk. And the reward is subtle, powerful... like the universe echos my own intent and action. I'm still learning so much, there is no end to this process!
