I have a wohw v2 but i have trouble getting it to vaporize my weed ive set it up to 600 and still no effect what am i doing wrong

Hey all, gonna do my best to keep it short n sweet and get to the point: I recently got myself a Tiodw Plus 4.0 from B2Cvape for my birthday. Really looking forward to it but I can't figure out how to assemble the damn thing for the life of me. No matter how I fill it, the screens keep feeling like they're about to fall out etc.

I am 100% aware that this is entirely my fault and I'm just being really dumb, or myopic, or both, but I can't really figure it out.

I reached out and asked the seller directly and they just told me to "add more rubies." Which doesn't really answer my question unless I'm completely missing something here?

Tldr: yes, I'm being a dumbass, but does anyone have an assembly guide or any idea what I'm doing wrong??
