Me (24M) from Bangalore and my girlfriend (22F), born and brought up in the Gulf, have been together for 3 years.

For the last 1.5 years, things have become really difficult whenever we get physical. I’m not even allowed to penetrate, but she still keeps worrying she’ll catch an STD/STI from me. She constantly doubts me and thinks I’ve slept with other women.

To reassure her, I’ve been tested twice for everything. She’s been tested three times. All reports came back negative. Still, the fear and suspicion haven’t stopped.

It keeps coming up every time we get close, and honestly it’s emotionally exhausting now. I feel drained, frustrated, and hurt by the constant doubt despite doing everything I can to reassure her.

I’ve reached a point where I feel so angry and numb that I’m even thinking: if I’m being treated like I’ve cheated anyway, then what’s stopping me from actually doing it? I hate that my mind has gone there, but that’s where I’m at right now.
