I got punished yesterday for not brushing my teeth

How reward & punishment trackers work

Hi everyone! In case you're wondering how reward & punishment trackers work, here's mine from the past few weeks.

We track my rewards and punishments in a draft post here on Reddit, but you can track them in any space you both share. My Dom is usually the one to update the tracker, but I can add bullets as long as I note that they're from me for him to approve (or reject, when he's mean). We each spend time commenting on the submissions to extend our play.
