no more inner skin

Hey there,

A few stitches fell out last weekend, so I went ahead and removed the rest of them on the spot. Especially since the last 3 or 4 stitches were just digging in really deep and causing pain. (That happens when the tension is no longer distributed evenly, but concentrated on just a few specific points...)

So, I’ve been completely stitch-free for four days now. I’m pretty happy with how things are going so far. 😊

The only thing is, the horniness is starting to get pretty bad... 😁

its been a week with no hood so far, so here's an update.

The swelling is about 90% gone. Basically, only the scar is still a little hard, but that will probably take a bit longer anyway because of the scar tissue.

The underside, in particular, has made great progress. The discoloration from the bruising is almost completely gone. Only the base/root, where the local anesthetic was injected, is still a bit discolored. All the discoloration around the incision edges has already disappeared.

The first dozen or so stitches have also fallen out. Most of them came out easily, without any knots – so they weren't holding anything in place anymore.

I deliberately removed two stitches. One was on the frenulum next to the piercing channel. As you can see, it was more than acceptable. The stitches/sutures had already caused a slight hardening there.

And the other stitch I actively removed was only embedded in the outer layer of skin on the top side. It seems the tension caused it to cut itself out of the inner skin, and therefore it wasn't contributing anything anymore.

Otherwise, I'm leaving the threads alone for now.

The pain is practically completely gone. Sure, if I press on the threads, it pinches, but the rest doesn't hurt anymore. And it's still incredibly tight.

Regarding tightness... I took a closer look at the underside again and am now relatively certain how tight she cut. I had a minimum and a maximum line in mind. And somewhere in the middle would have been about what I wanted.

She cut much closer to the maximum line. At about 70-80% of the maximum amount that could be removed. And I think it looks really good.

She definitely cut more off the underside than I would have dared to request. But I'm thrilled with the result. And that's why I'm glad I just let her do it.

It's just barely pulling my scrotum up. One more idea than I would have liked, but nowhere near enough to be a problem.

And yes, on the top side, she left a little more outer tissue and removed a little more inner tissue. On the right, less outer tissue and more inner tissue. So it's a little asymmetrical. But I don't really care at the moment, because it's only really noticeable when I'm semi-erect. When flaccid, it disappears on both sides, and when erect, it smooths out anyway.

In summary: The swelling is gone, the bruising is on its way out, no more pain, everything is nice and firm. And I was able to sleep through the first two nights completely.

The only catch now is that I'm starting to get a little horny. I wake up in the morning with a wonderfully firm erection, and I'm not allowed to play with it. That's the challenge for the next two weeks.
