28 M UK. Want your honest feedback on my circumcised cock. Want it redone so it’s lower and tighter. Think it’s necessary?

Hi, I’m 18 years old. I still can’t decide whether to get circumcised; my foreskin feels a bit tight during an erection and looks quite wrinkled when retracted. I also occasionally experience slight, involuntary leakage of pre-ejaculate, which affects the odor during the day—especially when it’s hot. Even though I wash daily, it doesn't stay fresh all day; sometimes an odor develops, and there’s nowhere to wash up in the middle of the day. However, I’m not sure how people around me would react, as circumcision is extremely rare here—very few men in my European country have it. I also don’t know where to go to get the procedure done.
