As a young adult I was scheduled to get circumcised and the urologist offered me to choose the style.
So I asked my now wife and she decided that she liked low and tight most.
On the day of my circumcision I told the doctor how low and how tight I imagined my cut. He immediately recommended that I should get it a fair bit tighter. I declined his recommendation and explained that I am a bit of a grower and with an erection the tightness would be fine as I suggested. He said okay.
During the surgery (local anaesthetic) my view was shielded by the drapes. A couple of days later I understood that he removed more skin, making my cut tighter than I thought we had agreed on.
I thought it was fine anyways because it looks quite good when I am soft, but it's proper tight when I am hard.
