Over the last week an epidemic has broken all through the world, a highly contagious, highly mutagenic airborne pathogen with no known cure.

The disease has no symptoms on 10% of the population, on the remaining 90% though, extreme mutations occur over a period of 24 hours, causing an extreme increase of muscle mass and bone density, a sharpening of all senses as well as many changes to the digestive system that not only causes the infected to be able to swallow other people whole, but actually makes them crave it, while there's theories the infected retain a portion of their intelligence and personality, all empathy and compassion for their uninfected brethren is gone, replaced by unstopable hunger that is only halted during the time it takes them to fully digest a human being.

Any contact with fluids can cause infection, survivors are recommended to remain wary and avoid the hordes or anyone that could potentially turn, they are relentless and it is impossible to prevent consumption once an infected sets their mind on someone

Three years have passed since the giantess reclaimed the world from humanity. Countless people digested alive by the huge gluttonous women, refugees gulped down with their cars and families eaten out of their homes.

In the wake of their destruction humanity has managed to survive in small pockets in remote areas or underground, giantess roaming in the cities and countryside snacking on anyone they find. By some dire circumstance you find yourself trapped in one of the many fallen cities reclaimed by nature, giants prowling the streets hunting for their next meal. Escape or find safety in the remains of civilization, or become just another morsel for humanity's apex predator.

MadamMaerve has always been a favorite of mine and some of her art has inspired me to GM an apocalypse scenerio with giantess devouring humanity!
