6" x 5-1/2" of anal joy

Had a lot of fun building this, and the response from friends and testers has been really positive, so I thought I'd share it here.

It's a compact device that can sync in real time with pretty much any video. Stroke length and speed are fully adjustable, it weighs about 0.9 lb (400 g), works with most sleeves, and the design can be adapted for different users.

I'm also working on a mobile app so it can eventually be controlled remotely.

Everything was designed and built from scratch—electronics, mechanical design, firmware, software, and manufacturing. The hardware cost came in at under $15, which I'm pretty happy with.

It has been a fun engineering project with lots of iteration along the way. If anyone is building something similar or is curious about the design, I'd be happy to discuss it and share what I learned.
