Back in February we broke up for a week and then got back together. I know her roommate (who despises me) is close friends with this other guy who she tried to set my girlfriend up with. The day we got back together was a night out and my girlfriend told her roommate that she was sleeping over at the guy friends house and the roommate acted like it was normal and like it happened before. Is it wrong to assume something happened that I don't know about

tl;dr - we broke up for a week, how do i know if something happened or not?

my (22m) partner (24f) was my first everything, literally. me not hers but we were together for nearly 3 years when we hit a rough patch. she started doing more activities and clubs that didn’t include me and we drifted apart this time last year.

coincidentally she found someone else that she liked being with during this rough patch. so she broke it off with me and listed a lot of bs reasons for doing so, but she was already spending nights (doing nothing according to her 🙄) at his place. so we broke up and i obviously knew what was going on every night, her getting railed at his apartment while i was away on a work trip.

we were still texting each other so i knew everything what was happening. this was the same guy She told me not to worry about and the same guy that I dropped her off at bars with. I still had her location at this point so I would see her at his apartment every night and when I would ask, I would get no response or something along the lines of don’t worry about it It’s not a big deal. But I guess I was asking too much because she turned off her location sharing with me and that drove me crazy.

I remember begging her, not to sleep with the guy while I was away from my work trip and to wait until I got back so that we could talk it over. and to be honest, she did keep her end of the bargain because they only made out while I was away and they only slept together after I got back.

anyway, I got back from my trip and we fucked one last time and a couple days later I got a FaceTime from her which I answered very nervously, and she called me to tell me that she ended up sleeping with him. Curiosity got the best of me. I asked for details. She said it wasn’t anything special. He finished very quickly because he hasn’t had sex in a minute. I was very distraught after hearing that and I ended that quickly. Big mistake. She ended up sleeping with him again the next night, which she told me lasted all night long, and I later came to find out that it included the shower sex, which we rarely do.

After hearing about those incidents, I decided it was best if we cut contact, but I couldn’t keep myself from texting her every week or so. She would send me pictures of her doing cute thing

This is a quick one. My wife is a swimmer and when she was in her undergrad she would swim at the college pool every day. We had been together for about a year but were taking a break, still talking but not dating or fucking. Turns out, he had already flirted with her the week prior to the encounter that she told me about and she didn't really shoot him down, flirting back. The week later, he flirted with her and shared a lane with her, sometimes pinching or tickling her side when they were both resting. There was literally no one else in the whole building except the lifeguard so she told him that she needed to go shower, hinting he should follow. He waited behind like 5 minutes and then went through the men's locker room and snuck around into the women's side. She said she saw him again and swam with him and they would sometimes giggle but never did anything else.

Idk if this really counts but my wife and I started to date right around the end of our time in college. Both of us already had post graduate plans that kept us fairly far apart but knew we had something we wanted to pursue. I have a similar story. A little bit of background. Had an almost 9 months break with my now fiancé in 2024. Worked it out. Got back together. Of course I had to ask her about all her flings. Some months went by. Snooped around some more. Found some discord messages while she was at her parents. I found some very explicit messages between them. Asked her several times about it without telling her how much I knew. Told her she could be honest. It went from: „we slept in one bed, okay, thats all“ to „we kissed, but we were drunk, but nothing happened“ to „yeah, we fiddled around a bit, but nothing more, not even a bj“ to „yeah, I blew him but that’s really all“ to „okay, we fucked, but he wasn’t really hard, cause of all the alcohol“ to (and this was the craziest thing) „had to take the pill after as he nutted in me“ in the span of a couple of months.

Pretty funny how she dosed the truth so as to not hurt my feelings. She still hasn’t revealed everything as I know from their discord texts. Kinda enjoying getting her to admit the truth piece by piece.
