How to drug myself?

Wondering if there’s a way to spike something with edible stuff without it tasting like it is, or maybe having some kind of gross hemp stuff to make them all taste like that- but the idea is i have a few food items that are identical, or drinks or whatver, and one of them is spiked but the others aren’t. obvi for safety id only eat them on days im not doing anything- but yeah.
