So I'm fully hard here - if I lightly dig the ruler into my pubic mound I get a measurement of 3.5. If I fully jam the ruler to the pubic bone I can almost get all the way up to 5. When I fuck, I would say I can insert/use about 4 inches of it. All of that being said — what would you consider to be my penis size?
