(Pls don’t mind the crust on the top bar Im trying not to over clean it but I get a lot of puss because of this bump). So I got it pierced back in November. It’s constantly been irritated and the bump will go away at times and come back. This is the hugest it’s been so far, I put castor oil on it like once a week. It generally doesn’t bother me or hurt, only sometimes. It’s just kind of annoying lol. My piercer told me that irritation bumps are common if you move a lot (which I do) but I have yet to actually show him the bump😬

The piercing is 8 months old

Never been downsized, I actually upsized it to this 12 mm one instead of 10 mm
I usually just clean it with salt water or warm water
It snags sometimes but nothing crazy

Current setup on both ears, open to any ideas for either ear or setup for the emptier ear, looking for suggestions for piercings that would fit with my current setup/anatomy.

Stretched ears are currently 5mm (6mm goal).

Had my nipples pierced ~3 months ago. Had this bump on my left nipple a few weeks ago when the bars were still a little longer (had it downsized already to the current ones in the pic).

What i have been doing is I do saline clean twice a day and shower with warm water. I notice it gets smaller and drains the yellow thing inside from time to time but it never goes away. There’s no pain or warmth, just that yellow thing that oozes + the bump that never goes away.

Any tips how to make it go away??

(Additional info: I tend not to wear bra when im at home to minimize friction, but my occupation requires me to wear a bra. I wear the triumph sloggi ones and make sure that there’s no pain when I wear them, but im not sure if it’s because of wearing bras that it’s not going away?)

So i got my nipples done back in april (barbells/not downsized) and i done the usual 2x a day cleaning (saline spray) but sometimes i cant help but get paranoid about them rejecting or my skin showing more. I do have small nipples ( i know this can happen to anyone) but i do overthink it since i am always active. Please let me know if i should be concerned or if i just need the jewelry downsized.
