Ouppy tried pawing off to a puppygirl hypnosis audio today. It actually worked, so hypnosis is real, which is neat. I thought it was just a movie thing or something. It's very fun, having my body sort of move on its own. It sort of feels like the state between consciousness and unconsciousness that I get when I try to go to sleep without being super tired. My conscious mind takes a backseat and I feel quite compelled to follow the suggestions.

The problem is that I'm fucking awful at being hypnotised. It works on me, but it's just not nearly as intense as it feels like it should be. I can feel physical sensations from hypnosis and I can stay still when hypnotised, but hypnosis doesn't really make my body move on its own much.

I also feel like I always weaken the hypnosis halfway through because my conscious thoughts don't stay suppressed long enough and end up overtaking the hypnosis. Apparently ADHD makes you fucking hypnosis resistant.

Help is appreciated because I want to make myself more susceptible, this is very annoying.
