My Girlfriend’s Sister Stopped Pretending the “Accidents” Were Accidents
I’m 28. My girlfriend is 26. We’ve been together almost two years, but by the time I really started noticing her younger sister, things between us were already falling apart. We barely talked anymore. Sex had become rare and awkward. Most nights she was either on her phone or “too tired.” I stayed because it was familiar, because her family still treated me like I belonged, and because walking away felt harder than just drifting. Her younger sister is 20. From the first month I started coming over more often, she treated me differently. Not cold. Not distant. Too warm. Too attentive. At first I told myself she was just friendly. Then the details piled up.She almost never closed her bedroom door. If she was changing, she left it cracked. If she went to the bathroom, she walked there in a towel that barely stayed up. If she bent down for something, she did it slowly and only when I was nearby. One afternoon my girlfriend was upstairs on a long call with her mom. I was on the couch. The sister came out of her room in a cropped tank top and tiny gray shorts. She walked past me to the kitchen, “dropped” a hair tie on the floor a few feet away, and slowly bent over to pick it up. The shorts rode all the way up. Pale pink cotton panties with a little bow in the front. She stayed bent longer than she needed to, then looked back over her shoulder with that soft smile.
“Oops,” she said quietly.
I looked away. She straightened up and kept walking like nothing happened.A few days later I arrived early. My girlfriend wasn’t home yet. The sister opened the door in a short robe, hair still wet from the shower. The robe barely covered the tops of her thighs.“Come in. I’ll get dressed.”
sliding the robe off her shoulders. She wasn’t rushing. She pulled on a pair of black lace panties slowly, then a tight sports bra, then turned just enough that I could see the side of her breast before she finally pulled on a tank top. When she walked out she caught my eyes and held them for a second longer than polite.“You always watch that carefully?” she asked, voice calm.I didn’t answer. She smiled like she already knew. After that she stopped pretending. She started sitting across from me on the couch with one leg folded under her so the shorts pulled tight and the edge of whatever panties she was wearing that day was clearly visible. Sometimes pastel cotton. Sometimes thin black lace. Once a tiny white thong that disappeared completely when she shifted. She would stretch her arms above her head until her shirt rode up and showed the soft strip of skin above her waistband. She would lean over the coffee table to grab the remote, giving me a straight-down view of her cleavage and the way her bra pushed everything together. She would walk past me in the hallway in nothing but an oversized t-shirt that barely covered her ass, then “realize” and tug it down a second too late. One Saturday my girlfriend was in the shower. The sister came into the living room in just a sports bra and tiny black shorts. She sat on the arm of the chair next to me, close enough that her bare thigh brushed my leg, and started scrolling on her phone like it was the most normal thing in the world. Every time she shifted, the shorts rode higher. At one point she stretched, arched her back, and the sports bra lifted enough that I saw the underside of her breast. She glanced at me sideways and didn’t move away.
“You and my sister okay?” she asked quietly. “You seem… distracted lately.”I said something vague. She nodded like she understood more than I was saying, then stood up slowly, making sure I got a full view of the way the shorts clung to her from behind before she walked out.Another night we were all in the kitchen. My girlfriend left to take a work call. The sister reached up for a glass on the top shelf. Her shirt lifted. The shorts pulled tight. White lace panties, the kind that sat high on her hips. She stayed on her tiptoes longer than necessary, then lowered herself and looked at me over her shoulder.“Still pretending you don’t notice?” she said, voice soft.
I stayed silent. She smiled that same knowing smile and walked past me, close enough that I felt the heat of her body.
That same evening, after everyone had gone to their rooms, she came back down for water. I was still in the kitchen. She stood at the sink with her back to me in those same short shorts. She didn’t turn around.
“I’m not closing my door tonight,” she said quietly.
Then she left. I stood there with an empty glass in my hands, knowing the relationship with her sister was already over in everything but name… and that whatever was happening with the younger one was only going to get harder to ignore. And that I would come back again.
