A few years ago my shoulder dislocated, it felt like the end of something. I couldn’t do what I used to, so I started rehabbing, then training around it, then training *because* of it. Turns out the thing that broke me down became the exact reason I built myself back up. These shoulders aren’t despite the injury, they’re because of it.
