I stumbled across the topic of E-Stim here on Reddit almost by accident – and, above all, because I was curious. In the middle of the night, I became so fascinated by the subject that I eventually couldn't sleep anymore. Naturally, the whole thing turned me on almost immediately as well.

FEATURES, PACKAGE CONTENTS & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

My package arrived safely and discreetly packed inside a plain brown shipping box. Inside was the retail packaging of the TENSION LOVER 2.

My first impression was very positive. The product packaging feels premium and well designed. The sleek black finish with its glossy accents gives it a very elegant appearance. One feature I especially appreciated was the hygiene seal. It immediately shows that the product is factory sealed and has never been opened. In my opinion, that's exactly how it should be.

All important information about the device, as well as the package contents, is clearly printed on the sides and the back of the box. It may seem like a small detail, but I personally appreciate this kind of attention to detail.

MY FIRST IMPRESSIONS OF THE TENSION LOVER 2

Now it's time to share my personal impressions.

I have to admit, when I unboxed the TENSION LOVER 2 for the very first time, I was genuinely excited. After all, I knew I was about to experience E-Stim on myself for the very first time. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to get started.

So, the first thing I did was unpack everything carefully, take a close look at all the accessories, and familiarize myself with the device.

The included Quick Start Guide truly lives up to its name. It's concise, easy to understand, and explains all the essential functions within just a few minutes. Even as a complete beginner, I quickly felt confident about what I was doing.

The self-adhesive electrodes also made a very good first impression. They stick surprisingly well to the skin and can easily be reused several times if handled with care. I especially like that they come in a resealable plastic pouch, making it easy to store them hygienically between sessions.

The package also includes two electrode lead wires, each measuring approximately 110 cm (43 inches). That's more than enough length to provide plenty of freedom of movement during use.

Charging the TENSION LOVER 2 is done via USB-C. While the included cable is USB-A to USB-C, any standard USB-C charging cable works just as well. This makes charging the device convenient almost anywhere.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the battery life. Depending on the intensity and duration of each session, a single charge lasts a remarkably long time. With two or three sessions per week, I sometimes didn't have to recharge it for several weeks. Since battery life naturally depends on your chosen settings, it's difficult to give an exact runtime.

Using the device itself couldn't be much easier.

Each output channel has its own rotary control, allowing the intensity to be adjusted independently. There are 40 intensity levels available for each channel.

In addition, six buttons provide access to the different stimulation programs, the timer, and the pulse width and frequency adjustments.

When switched on, the device automatically starts in Program 1, which is the fully manual mode. Here you can freely adjust both pulse width and frequency to your own preferences. Personally, this became my favorite mode because it allows you to experiment and discover exactly what feels best for your own body.

Programs 2 through 7 are preset stimulation modes. For these, only the session duration can be adjusted using the timer. The same applies to Programs 8 through 10, which are designed specifically as training programs.

One small detail that I really appreciated is the way the programs are displayed on the screen. Programs 1 to 7 are marked with a lightning bolt icon, while the training programs use a dumbbell symbol. It's certainly not a major feature, but it makes the interface feel intuitive and well organized.

The timer can be adjusted in 5-minute increments up to a maximum of 90 minutes. Alternatively, selecting "C" enables continuous operation.

Overall, I found the interface very intuitive. Within just a few minutes, I already knew where every function was located.

That said, the device isn't absolutely perfect.

There were two small things I noticed.

First, the housing is made from a pleasant matte plastic that feels solid and comfortable in the hand. However, the lower edge around the control panel is noticeably sharp. I became particularly aware of this while plugging in the USB-C charging cable. It doesn't affect functionality, but it does make that particular area feel a little less premium than the rest of the device.

The second point concerns the two output channels.

The product description advertises two independently adjustable channels, which is technically true, as the intensity can indeed be controlled separately for each channel. However, pulse width and pulse frequency cannot be adjusted independently. Those settings always apply to both channels simultaneously.

Personally, I would have liked this to be explained a little more clearly in the product description. For users who enjoy experimenting with different stimulation settings on each channel, independent control would certainly have been an additional advantage.

Apart from these two minor criticisms, I am genuinely very happy with the TENSION LOVER 2.

With a price of around €150, I think it's an excellent choice for beginners who want to explore the world of E-Stim for the first time.

Of course, there are much more advanced devices available on the market. However, for newcomers, I believe the TENSION LOVER 2 offers exactly the right balance of features without becoming overwhelming.

Overall, I think the TENSION LOVER 2 is an excellent all-around package for anyone looking to take their first steps into the world of E-Stim.

THE FIRST TIME

Okay … now we probably get to the part most of you have been waiting for: my first time with E-Stim.

Just from the tracking information, I already knew on which day the package would arrive. So I prepared myself the evening before and completely shaved my intimate area. After all, the electrodes were supposed to hold as well as possible later on.

I had also done a lot of research beforehand. You should know the most important do's and don'ts – and the quick-start guide also points out the most important safety instructions once again. Especially as a beginner, I found that very helpful.

The next day, the moment had finally arrived. That afternoon, I received the notification that the package had been delivered. I could hardly wait to get home.

As soon as I walked through the door, I opened the box. Everything was unpacked, examined and prepared. But you have already read about that above.

With every passing minute, my excitement grew.

By then, I knew how the device worked, and I could only think:

Why wait any longer?

So, here we go.

A short time later, I was lying naked in bed, full of anticipation and already quite aroused.

I took the electrodes out of the packaging, removed the protective film and placed one pad slightly above the left labia and one slightly above the right. They stuck surprisingly well to my skin.

My plan was to let the current flow across the clitoris. For my first attempt, I deliberately chose to use only one channel with two electrodes. For getting started, that seemed completely sufficient.

Then came the moment.

I slowly turned the dial until I heard the familiar click. The display lit up.

There was no turning back now.

As my basic settings, I initially chose a pulse width of 50, a frequency of 50 and intensity level 2.

And then ...

... the first tingling sensation began.

I immediately had to moan out loud.

Wow ...

I really had not expected that.

It felt completely different from what I had imagined.

Of course, I was already familiar with vibrators. But E-Stim feels completely different. It is difficult to describe. It is not a vibration, but rather a deep, electrical tingling sensation that slowly spreads further and further. Direct and without any detours.

I simply stayed there for a few minutes and enjoyed this completely new sensation.

Afterwards, I carefully began experimenting with the settings. I left the intensity unchanged at first, but played around with the pulse width and frequency.

And this is exactly where the device really surprised me.

Even the smallest changes were clearly noticeable.

It almost felt as if every setting created a completely new type of stimulation.

The electrodes stayed securely in place the entire time. I had deliberately decided not to touch myself additionally with my hands. I wanted to let this new sensation work on its own first.

And that was exactly what made me more and more aroused.

I noticed how I slowly became wetter and completely focused on this intense tingling sensation.

Eventually, I chose one of the programs and set the timer to 15 minutes.

When the time was up, I knew:
