Key Factors Contributing to Shrinkage of the penis

-Constriction and Pressure:

Chastity devices are designed to restrict movement and prevent the wearer from achieving an erection. This confinement (especially at night) can lead to physical changes in size over time. The pressure exerted by the device can result in shrinkage, especially if worn at night at night.
