Guys starting around 7"+

Any other guys here start out around 7"+ NBPEL and get into PE? I've noticed whenever someone posts measurements in that range, there are always a few people who get upset or act like you shouldn't want to gain more. I don't really get that mindset. Most guys would probably take extra size if it was available, regardless of where they're starting from.

Personally, I'm more interested in NBPEL gains than BPEL. One thing I've learned is that weight loss has probably done more for my visible size than anything else. When I'm strict with keto and intermittent fasting, I can drop 20-25 lbs in a couple of months, and I've noticed around a half inch increase in visible erect length. Hink was right when he said weight loss is one of the best things you can do for erection quality, visible length, overall appearance, and just general health.

I messed around with PE a little in my 20s but never stayed consistent. Now that I'm in my late 30s, my erections aren't what they used to be. A lot of that is probably from years of smoking and drinking daily. Working on improving that has actually pushed me toward making better lifestyle choices overall, which has been a positive side effect.

Current measurements are around 7.5" NBPEL and 8.75" BPEL with good EQ. My long-term goal would be to reach at least 8.5" NBPEL. I know that's a pretty ambitious target, but I'm curious what others think. Is it realistic, or am I setting the bar too high?

Also, if anyone has experience balancing PE with weight loss, quitting smoking, or cutting back on alcohol, I'd be interested in hearing your experiences.

Just started using extender and so far so good. My only issues is while extending my glands with the tension wants to expand and it starts getting uncomfortable in the cup. Should i size up? I do tape it when putting it on. Also is it normal to remain a quarter way hard during stretching? advice?
