I have taken way too much md in the past and the comedown felt awful. I recently made a post here about the painful mouth ulcers I get for a week, so painful it almost makes the experience not worth it. People on here recommended magnesium bisglycinate for a few weeks before rolling for the mouth chewing. Also NAC plus vitamin C for the neuroprotective effects. So I started taking these vitamins about 3 weeks ago.
Last night, I rolled with my bf the same dose we usually do. I woke up today with zero mouth ulcers and full of energy, with no dizziness or brain zaps I usually get. I’ve been baking and going to do some studying today, which I would never have been able to the following day in the past. I feel refreshed and like I didn’t take anything last night.
Anyway, I felt great last night and feel great today. I just wanted to thank you all because there isn’t much research out there, so turning to this community has been a life changer. I have been skeptical about supplements, but seeing lots of people on here swear by them… it makes such a difference. I have been doing it wrong all along and now I can go into future experiences without the dread of the ulcers and comedown.
