Continue Cutting or Maingain/Bulk
~150lbs, 5’9, 20 years old, 1.5 years training.
Been cutting for a couple months now pretty aggressively, lost a little over 10 pounds. Veins across shoulders and chest, high overall vascularity. But despite this, I feel as though my sides and abdomen still hold a significant amount of fat. Was wondering if I desperately need more muscle or if I just need to cut further. All input is appreciated.
