32 Looking for an Accountability Bro / Gym Bro

I’m trying to level up in a few areas of life, mainly fitness, and it’d be cool to have another guy who’s doing the same. Someone to keep each other accountable, talk about goals, and just shoot the shit.

About me:
• 32
• 5’9”, ~150 lbs
• Around 19% body fat, trying to get to 15%
• Lift 4–5 days a week
• Working on body recomposition
