Ideally for me it'd have demos. In my regular whole-body workouts, If I just read someone describing how to do a proper pull up, row or a pike push up, I'd have some trouble and these carry risk if performed wrong just as I suppose PE does. I did find a youtube channel called PervMcSwerve that sells equipment and he has a Hub channel demonstrating how to use but I don't know if it'd employing Hink's protocol.
