How To Hang Weights And Example Weight Hanging Routine

I am in my second year, I was not satisfied with the quality of photos from last year. I wish I could go back and start over properly, but it is what it is… I gained over 1/4” but under 1/2” of length and several mm of girth (very dissatisfied with that part). This year I spent more time reading and dialed in my routine.
Both pics were taken with the same set up; 1 week deload, giving time off to let residual edema clear and tissues to recover. 10mg Cialis to ensure optimum EQ. Girth gains seem minuscule but legit given the set up and how the last 6 months were dialed in. I’ll hopefully have a clearer idea in March 2027 when I take my 2 year pics…
Body pic taken (in poor lighting) to show that I am on the “leaner” side and still have roughly 1” fat pad… i can see the walls of my abs and veins running into my pelvis. some of us just have more fluff in that region for some reason.
4-5 days a week: 30-40min Manual Stretching followed by 20min pumping @8-10IN (varies depending on EQ and recovery)
1 day a week has been spent experimenting with clamping and pumping only. Going to switch into a “girth bias” phase until next march.
Off days (Thursday & Sunday) 10min restoration pumping @5-6.5IN 1-2x a day.
Hey guys. I'm reporting that I did get a mild case of peyronies during my PE journey (confirmed by a urologist who specialises in peyronies). Of course it's impossible to know with absolute 100% certainty what caused it, and whether or not the PE was the direct cause, but it's also a more than plausible explanation I'd argue given that my lifestyle hadn't really changed all that much otherwise. I'm writing this as a warning to anyone else that might be thinking of doing something similar and would personally prefer to be more risk averse. My urologist and I strongly suspect it likely due to pumping at too high of a pressure for too long of a duration. Good luck to everyone, be careful.
It is on the left side with a left curve
Currently doing propolis, cialis, egcg, coq10, vitamin e, daily traction to treat it.
Urologist said it's so mild that treating with anything other than cialis is probably overkill, he thinks it's unlikely to get worse, but if it did, then more treatment options would be viable.
The palpable plaque is about the size of a grain of rice, but it's real plaque and real peyronies.
My routine was a little disorganised but it was something along these lines:
Routine done 5-7 days per week depending on life factors
All pumping is done with a pump sleeve and toe shield for glans protection.
I usually got pretty minimal edema from pumping, but every once in a blue moon I would get some.
Used heat quite consistently.
Naturally around 6-6.2 inch girth depending on where you measure
Morning Extending + Pumping:
Vacuum Extending for anywhere between 1 - 3 hours, taking off for 30 seconds every 10 minutes and then reapplying. Anywhere between 6-8 pounds of tension based on my estimations.
Followed by a pumping session, I was experimenting between 2 different approaches, so it would be one of the following depending on how I felt that day.
(a) 2 20 minute static sets, with 5 minute rest between. Would slowly build from 30kpa to 50kpa. The 2nd static set would be mostly 50kpa.
(b) An RIP-esque session, again 2 20 minute sets, with 5 minute rest between. Similar pressure range buildups, maybe would go slightly beyond 50kpa towards the end, but 50 usually was as high as I'd ever go.
Evening Pumping: I would then have a 2nd evening pumping session which would basically be a repeat of the kind of pumping session I did in the morning
So 1 total extending session per day and 2 total pumping sessions per day, where each pumping session was about 40 minutes, so 1 hour 20 minutes total pumping per day.
Hope this helps. Free to answer any questions
Everyone knows about GLP-1s…
But what about the peptides that almost nobody is talking about?
In this video, we explore:
- Which non-GLP peptides have the strongest evidence for fat loss and body recomposition
- Why some peptides target visceral fat while others focus on metabolism or growth hormone signaling
- The surprising peptide that looks promising on paper—but still lacks human data
- Which compounds may preserve muscle while dieting and which are mostly hype
- Why one popular peptide ended up near the bottom despite being studied in humans
- The biggest safety concerns that most social media influencers never mention
- Which peptide I believe deserves much more research in humans
- How these compounds compare with today's GLP-1 medications for real-world fat loss
In this video, we'll review a device that has some serious scientific backing that I believe every guy doing PE should consider adding to their routine. In this video, I dive deep into the benefits, drawbacks, and potential risks of using the Whirlwind Device!
From its uses for EQ, lymphatic massages, how it helps against discoloration, pelvic floor training, and even can help with premature ejaculation.

Hello everyone! Today I’m going to be reviewing the Comfort Grip Extender UK and also the 3-pack of silicone bands, invented by Richard Connell.
I personally use the Comfort Grip Extender UK with the HPE (Hog) Extender, although the grip can be used with an extender setup according to its intended design.
Disclosure: I was provided the Comfort Grip Extender UK and silicone bands free of charge for the purpose of this review. I was not paid for this review, and the opinions and ratings expressed are my own based on my personal experience using the products.
A big thank-you to Richard for creating these products and for being available to answer my questions and emails.
I also want to mention that Richard has said a Grande version is planned for release during the autumn season. This upcoming version is intended to accommodate men who need a larger size. The current version can still work for larger users, but based on my experience, getting everything positioned properly can require a little more time and effort.
What’s Included
Inside the package, you have the instruction manual, the top twisting portion that secures the device to the extender, the main grip itself, the green silicone band and the adapter piece for attaching an extender if you are using a different type.
The top portion is 1 and 15/16 inches diameter measuring across. The bottom portion is 2 and 1/8 inches diameter measuring across.
There is also an optional 3-pack of silicone bands available separately. These come in +1, +2, and +3 thicknesses. The higher the number, the thicker the silicone band.
Build Quality
The build quality is one of the things that impressed me most.
The plastic components feel very solid and, in my opinion, are definitely on the heavy-duty side. It doesn’t feel like a thin or flimsy piece of plastic that I’m going to accidentally break during normal use.
The silicone components also feel durable and well made. Based on the construction and materials, I would expect these pieces to hold up for a long time with proper use and care.
Obviously, long-term durability can only really be judged after extended use, but my first impression of the construction is very positive.
Fit and Setup
Before using the device, I recommend following the manufacturer’s instructions and making sure you have an appropriate protective barrier between your skin and the device.
For my personal setup, I found that using a silicone sleeve along with self-wrap material provided additional comfort and helped me maintain a more secure fit.
However, there is a balance here.
If you add too much material, the setup can become unnecessarily thick and make insertion into the grip more difficult. I found that I needed to experiment with the amount of wrapping to find what worked best for me.
I also found that gently squeezing at the base and gradually working the grip into position made the process easier.
For additional comfort, I personally use some protective material (self wrap) around the glans area as well, which helps prevent direct contact with the plastic.
Everyone’s anatomy and preferred setup will be different, so what works for me may not necessarily work the same way for someone else.
Securing the Device
Once everything is positioned correctly, the top portion can be screwed into the bottom grip section.
One important thing I would recommend is not over-tightening it.
You want it secure, but you don’t want to tighten it so much that it becomes unnecessarily difficult to loosen afterward or creates excessive discomfort or pain.
Once the grip is secured, you can attach your extender and adjust the extender according to its instructions.
Slippage — My Experience
This is probably one of the biggest things I wanted to discuss because it was something I specifically paid attention to during my testing.
I’ve been using the Comfort Grip Extender UK for nine days total, and during this time I’ve experimented with different amounts of protective wrapping and the different silicone bands.
For me, using an adequate protective layer on the shaft and some on the glans made a noticeable difference in maintaining a secure fit.
My preferred setup is a silicone sleeve combined with self-wrap material. I found that this combination provided additional grip and comfort.
However, I wouldn’t recommend simply adding as much wrapping as possible. Too much material can make the device significantly more difficult to fit properly.
The amount of wrapping required will depend on the individual. Some men may need less, while others may benefit from more.
For my particular setup, having enough of the shaft appropriately protected, along with wrapping the glans and making sure the top section was securely tightened, helped minimize movement during use.
Silicone Bands
The original green silicone band that comes with the device performed well for me.
However, I did notice a very small amount of movement during use with the green one, where the band shifted slightly away from the grip. This was minimal in my experience.
I also experimented with the additional silicone bands.
For me, the +2 band provided the amount of additional thickness and grip that I preferred.
I think experimenting with the different bands is worthwhile because everyone’s fit will be different. The band that works best for one person may not necessarily be the best choice for someone else.
Grande Version
Another thing I’m looking forward to is the upcoming Grande version.
Richard has mentioned that it is expected to be released during the autumn season and that it will be designed for men who require a larger size.
For me personally, a larger version would likely improve the comfort of the device because the current version is somewhat tight for my particular flaccid size. However, it still works. It just takes a little more effort to get positioned properly.
My Ratings
⭐ Quality — 5/5
The quality is excellent in my opinion.
The plastic components feel solid, substantial, and well made. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, and I don’t anticipate having problems with it breaking under normal use.
The silicone components also appear to be durable and well constructed.
Obviously, only long-term use can determine exactly how durable anything is, but my initial impression is 5 out of 5.
⭐ Comfort — 4/5
I’m giving comfort a 4 out of 5.
The main reason I’m not giving it a 5 is that the current version is somewhat tight for my particular size.
It’s still usable, and with the right protective setup I find it reasonably comfortable, but I believe the upcoming Grande version would be a better fit for me personally.
For someone who fits the current size better, the comfort rating could potentially be higher. I also found that the silicone sleeve provides some compression, which helped make positioning and entering the device easier for me.
⭐ Device Support — 5/5
This is another area where I have been impressed.
Richard has been very helpful when I’ve had questions, and my experience has been that he responds to questions and emails relatively quickly.
Having an owner who is willing to communicate with customers and provide support is a major positive in my opinion.
⭐ Ease of Use — 5/5
The device is very straightforward to set up.
Once you figure out the amount of protective material and the silicone band configuration that works best for you, setup doesn’t take very long.
There’s no complicated process involved.
For my setup, I put on the protective sleeve, add additional wrap to my shaft and glans, position the grip, secure the top portion, attach the extender, and I’m ready to go.
⭐ Durability — 5/5
Durability — 5/5: After my initial testing, the materials feel extremely solid and durable. The plastic components are substantial rather than flimsy, and the silicone bands also feel like they’re built for repeated use.
⭐ Stability / Grip — 4.5/5
After experimenting with different protective layers and silicone bands, I found that I could achieve a very secure fit with minimal movement during my testing, especially using the silicone sleeve paired with self wrap. In my experience, this combination made a significant difference in maintaining a secure fit.
⭐ Adjustability — 5/5
I really like the multiple silicone thickness options because it allows me to fine-tune the fit instead of being limited to one configuration. The additional silicone bands are sold separately and are not included with the Comfort Grip Extender UK.
Overall Rating — ⭐ 4.5/5
Overall, I give the Comfort Grip Extender UK device 4.5 out of 5 stars.
The biggest positives for me are the build quality, simplicity, adjustability through the different silicone bands, and the customer support from Richard.
My only significant criticism is that the current version is somewhat tight for my particular size, which is why I’m especially interested in trying the upcoming Grande version in Autumn.
After nine days of use, I’ve found that getting the right combination of protective material, wrapping, and silicone band thickness is important for achieving the fit and comfort I prefer.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I’m very pleased with the Comfort Grip Extender UK after nine days of testing. The build quality is excellent, the device is straightforward to use, and having different silicone band thicknesses gives me useful flexibility when trying to achieve the fit I prefer.
I’m particularly interested in trying the Grande version when it becomes available because I believe the larger size could improve the comfort and ease of use for someone with my particular fit. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and look forward to seeing how the Grande version compares.
Hello I’ve been doing PE for a week now, I am doing extending and pumping, Issue is with the pump, I’m not getting an erection with it, I’m not sure if it’s with the pressure I’m using, 2x1 min(5in) as my warm up, and 3x5 min(6in) as my working sets, I have a silicone sleeve and use vaseline. Not sure what I am really doing wrong, looking for advice/help.
Also I am using a vacuum cup for my extending, I tape to avoid blisters but the tape can be a little bit painful when taking off, for my extender I am using high tension epic extender my routine is 1x10min(2lbs) as my warm up and my working sets are 2x15min(3lbs) any tips in that area too? Thank you.
P.S I do both pumping and extending routines twice a day, also when finishing using an extender, is your penis suppose to be cold?
Another thing I’m starting to notice is I feel a ache when pumping around my base/pubic area, is that normal?
bought my air pump with gauge 2 weeks ago and I'm going slowly slowly, my first week was one day on, one off with 1 set soft/semi erect of 3 min and 2 sets hard of 4 min (using 100 mmhg). my second week was daily and the same structure (110 mmhg). my questions are:
When should I add sets of 5 min instead of 4?
When should I add an extra set to make it 3 hard sets instead of 2?
When Should I start adding more pressure to reach the range mentioned by hink?
I originally made this post 2 months ago on r/Retatrutide . However I figured I’ll share what my experience was on it for those considering taking it who also do PE along with an update now that I’m off it.
So I (25 M 6’0 199lbs) have been working out for 6 years and after hitting a major plateau decided to hop on Reta and have been on it for about two and half months so far. I have lost a little under 15lbs. While I have seen weight loss and received positive feedback from people I still have not enjoyed the process as much as I thought I would.
As we all know with taking any medication, there are potential side effects. While taking reta majority of my days I have felt so “blah” and mentally flat. I’m well aware that this is a side effect beca of how the Reta alters the reward system in the brain.
Because of this it has dramatically affected my overall motivation, drive, and discipline for things that normally was not as difficult for me before. One of them being my motivation and discipline for going to the gym. I have still been going to the gym however because my motivation has been lower I’m not pushing myself to go as hard as I normally do in the gym and I stopped doing a lot of my compound lifts. I followed all the necessary steps of gradually increasing the dosage and eating as healthy as I can etc.
Of course from the weight but also because of the mental side effects of the Reta my strength has seen a drastic decrease. A lot of my workouts now feel very much like I’m just going through the motions and able to stay consistent but not really push myself despite taking stuff like caffeine or preworkout. As well as a lot more days of changing my mind and not going to the gym because of how I feel. Not just the gym but a lot of other decisions in my life I have a lot less willpower to try or bother for too long.
This is not normally how I am. I’m usually very consistent and disciplined and I hate breaking promises to myself and feeling defeated. Have I lost weight on Reta? Yes. Do I regret taking Reta? No. Will I take it again in the future? I’m leaning towards No. This is mainly a post to vent about my experience on Reta but if anyone else has been feeling like this on their journey or have any tips/advice please do share.
UPDATE
So at the end of June I got off retatrutide. Now that we’re in August I can confidently say I feel much better and back to myself being off it. My intensity both mentally and physically in the gym is back to where it was before taking Reta. I’m aware that I’m an outlier of those who took it and did not have the greatest experience on Reta. However on my original post there were a lot of people who had similar symptoms and experiences with the peptide. It was definitely a good learning experience and I’m glad I can say I tried it. However I definitely think doing it the natural way is what works best for me. Just thought I’d share my experience on it since a lot of us here do PE and use weight loss as one of the many ways to get bigger.
Does anyone know , I think both of them aren't on good terms. Since I was watching hinks latest video and saw a different supplement branding not the leviathan one . And even they aren't posting anything together.
At the end this is just speculation, if you know anything feel free to correct .
Gents I've been extending and pumping for almost two years. Not sure about any gains to be honest but I haven't lost any size as I've started losing EQ as I age I'm 44 now. I'm on daily Cialis but have lost erection during the day and morning wood is also less now. Probably due to stress at work and at home.
Anyway I'd really like to correct my bend I have two areas one is at the very base that curves the entire shaft left. The other is 1/4 way from the base with a slight bend to the left. I think the two bends takes at least 0.5 to 1 cm off total length when erect.
I have a penimaster which I don't use often enough. I only have time in the evening so I try to have it on with a 1kg weight for about 20mins then 20mins of interval pumping at 23kpa ~7inhg. The left bend pushes the glans against the pump and I usually get bruising on the left and it's not comfortable.
Any suggestions is welcome. I've tried pushing the penis to the right during the day in my undies to try to correct it. Also have tried penimaster during the day and extending it as ads to the right. Which provided temporary correction before it went back. I just don't have enough hours to wear it. I wear a tight suit for work so all day extender shows.
I cannot tell you how excited we are to actually talk about this video today, which is all about breaking down the ideal pump pressures for maximum results and gains. If you've ever wondered what the best pressure is for pumping, you're in the right place! We've teamed up with Karl Wickman and his growth tracker app, which has assessed over 100 individuals to find out what values led to the best outcomes. We’re diving deep into the historical data and the latest research to give you the most objective information available.
Hey so I pumped to 10-12inhg yesterday and did a very light silicone ring 10min after for retention and now I have a black ring under my foreskin, still have majority of the feeling as I had sex with it yesterday, 5” non pumped, pumped to 5.5 yesterday and my gf said I was “too thick” ngl was kinda worth it in my opinion, any help fellas?
He announced a new version of the course will come out and videos will be edited, but will actually new content be introduced? Is there any new research that justifies an update since he even said the course is already good as is.
In this video, we're Breaking down new research looking at medication's that improve refractory period And make you able to go multiple rounds.
We are analyzing exactly how they work and why they work.
The data supporting their use.
