Hi guys! I just got my first vibrator two days ago, this vibrator has a un wired remote, wich needs batteries inside.

I cannot unscrew them at all! They're so weird shaped??.

Today i went to buy the battery only for the remote because the vibrator one's came with the package, and a screwdriwer. I was thinking:since i cant seem to unscrew them, what if tomorrow i go to the same place and see if they do that kind of service (unscrewing stuff for people) and if they can help me, would it be weird?
