Beginner ox ball

Starting third session right now. First two were like 15 minutes. How long did you guys stretch for in the beginning? Certainly not all day?

I was doing behind the crack stretch and then switched to under the leg and I felt a little pull on the exact area that is circled in the attached image where he says you feel the stretch

Afterwards I got hard to try and do AM1 and that felt fine then relaxed and tried to stretch in the same direction and felt that tender dull ache and i fear I may have over done it on the pulling. Anybody relate?

Kinda broke down and I’m really sad right now

I’m not used to doing the BTC and under the thigh because my legs are honestly bigger since I lift a lot and I’m not lean I was used to just straight down. I do them in the shower when I can but I fear I have over done it.

If you’ve done this how long is recovery? I’m devastated/heartbroken
