returning after a break

by returning I mean nipple orgasms not the community.

So because stress and life, there are periods of life where I just... am not horny at all. this could last a few days, which I barely consider. but the ones important for this post are those which are a few weeks or longer.

over these weeks, I barely masturbate, and honestly feel no desire to do so or pleasure in doing so. if I were to masturbate it would be for clearing my mind or stress relief, and that too like once every 2-4 days if not longer...

whats the point of this? well during and soon after this period, I cannot orgasm as easily from nipples. they feel desensitized and may evoke a slight pleasure, but that's it.

Now, I am familiar with my body, and usually can return to the "just glancing my nipples gives intense pleasure" horny state. though the technique is very similar to the very very first times I had nipples orgasms. the tried and true "stimulate them consecutively as many times as possible, at least until you get pleasure"

TLDR: it seems my brain forgets how to nipple orgasm after a few weeks of nothing, thoughts?

Any specific advice for those without toys or substances?

Most of the posts in this sub start with "...so I used my aneros/massager" "I used THC/Psilocybin..." and the likes

Now, it seems at a glance that all of these are "required" for a pgasm, tho I know it isn't the case. but what even works besides just using a specific prostate toy and just relaxing?

Now, I could prostate orgasm (I think) just from perineum stimulation, but it's very inconsistent, so I am wondering if anyone has guidelines with which they did when they started. my biggest gripe is that when I seemingly do the same thing two days in a row, it doesn't work, and I need a day or so in the middle to get pgasms again.
