Has anyone been in an arrangement where the guy wants to sext all day? How do you manage it?

I’m curious if anyone else has dealt with this before. I’m talking to someone where almost every conversation turns sexual, even when I try changing the subject or having a normal conversation. It’s like he constantly wants to sext throughout the day.

At first it was flattering and fun, but now I’m starting to feel mentally drained because it’s hard to keep up that energy 24/7. Sometimes I just want regular conversation without everything turning sexual again within minutes
