Hi folks, i am quite a noob and new to MDMA. I used it recently in few occasions as pill but i feel like i can't control the high. I saw other people combining it with either speed or coke and they looked way more in control(and less stupider) than me.

How do you all deal? what is the magic formula? help a brother out plz
