Hypertonic pelvic muscles?

I hang using the pulley under desk method, using about 6 lbs. I usually go for about an hour and a half to two hours. The problem is, I sometimes find my pelvic muscle contracting randomly, despite relaxing as much as I can and doing reverse kegels. The contraction is sometimes powerful enough that it “pulls” the weight in a cm or two via the vacuum cup attached to the penis. Is this potentially dangerous (I’m assuming so). I’ve been extending for 8 months and I don’t seem to get the same problem at 4 lbs or so but I don’t get a proper stretch at all compared to 6 lbs.
