[F4A] Animal Kingdom (TV show) Rp!
Hi everyone! Hope you’re all having a great day! I’m currently looking for an Animal Kingdom roleplay partner. I’d love to play an OC, and I’m looking for someone who’d be interested in playing Andrew “Pope” Cody though I’m also totally open to you playing your own OC as well!
My OC’s name is Athena Valentine. She’s 28 years old and works as a paramedic in Oceanside. Athena grew up around the Cody family after Smurf became somewhat of a mother figure to her when she was younger. Her father owns a mechanic shop while her older sister runs a tattoo studio near the beach, so she’s always been deeply tied to the town and the people in it.

Athena floated lazily in the middle of the pool atop an old sun faded float, a cold bottle of water resting against her stomach while oversized sunglasses shielded her eyes from the afternoon sun. The water rocked her gently.
The sound of tiny feet pattering across the patio pulled her from the half doze she’d slipped into.
She pushed her sunglasses up onto her head and turned slightly, immediately smiling when she spotted Lena standing near the sliding door.
“Well, hey there, my Lena bear,” Athena greeted warmly.
“Hi, Aunt Athena,” Lena said happily, giving her a little wave.
Athena’s smile softened. “You wanna color out here while aunty tries to relax?”
Lena nodded quickly before disappearing back inside at full speed.
Athena chuckled quietly to herself before lowering her sunglasses again, letting her head fall back against the float. The second she shifted her weight though, pain flared sharply through the bruise along her ribs.
“Shit—” she hissed under her breath, one hand instinctively moving to her side.
That drunk patient had gotten her good.
A few moments later, Lena came hurrying back outside with an armful of crayons and coloring books clutched against her chest.
She carefully settled herself near the edge of the pool, legs crossed while she spread everything out beside her.
Athena glanced over lazily from behind her sunglasses, a faint smile tugging at her lips at the sight.
“Hey, Lena bear?” Athena called softly.
Lena looked up from her coloring page immediately. “Yeah?”
“Can you go ask one of your uncles to bring me an ice pack please?” Athena asked with a small grin. “Your aunt may’ve gotten her ass kicked a little at work.”
Lena giggled at that before scrambling back to her feet and darting toward the house again.
