What appetite suppressing drugs are there besides GLPs, stimulants (caffeine, nicotine, amphetamines incl. crystal, Alpha-PVP, aminorex, crack and others), THCV and kanna

I know becoming an addict also works but that costs you everything else so that's not an option

Sorry if this question is off topic but I get a nice 1-2 hour rush on 30mg Vyvanse sometimes where I feel like life is amazing, everything feels great, good focus but I can focus and enjoy anything practically. Then this state fades and I still feel focused but the focus is purely on something like learning something necessary, work-related stuff but chatting to people and other leisurely activities don't feel as appealing and it'd be hard to enjoy them. I also feel like euphoria would be useful for exploring and learning new skills so it's got nootropic benefits.

So how do I feel the high for way longer on Vyvanse, at least 5-6 hours? I tried upping the dosage but it just made me feel horrible and the rush lasted the same amount of time.

I tried regular dextroamphetamine at 5-10mgs but the euphoria was not longer, I don't remember if redosing helped. Maybe meth?

I just realized Vyvanse is strong AF for the amount you can usually get. Many people think it's weaker than something like Adderall or Dexedrine but that's so far from the truth at equivalent prescription doses.

30mg Vyvanse contains around 9mg dextroamphetamine that's spread out over 8-12 hours. 5mg IR dexedrine is just pure immediate release dextroamphetamine. So since Vyvanse is ER, you can say you (very roughly) get around 4.5mg dextroamphetamine per 4-6 hours, which is less than what you'd get with IR dexedrine at 5mgs if you dose it every 4-6 hours.

I took both on different occasions recently, and 30mg Vyvanse ALWAYS hits harder than 5mg Dexedrine. I started wondering why, given that IR Dex is quite strong, has more amphetamine for the amount of time it's lasting.

Turns out, Vyvanse, which is lisdexamphetamine, converts to FREEBASE dextroamphetamine when you take it, meaning all of those amphetamine milligrams are put to work. Dexendrine, on the other hand, has dextroamphetamine SULHPATE, it's a salt form and the salt weighs something as well. So 5mg dextroamphetamine sulphate equals to 3.7mg dextroamphetamine freebase. So 30mg of Vyvanse has more dextroamphetamine (accounting for the difference between ER and IR) than 5mg IR dexedrine and 10mg dexederine. This works with Adderall as well because Adderall has multiple ampetamine salts.

Took 6g wavy caps and wow...I saw a Cthulhu-like creature in a fragment of my consciousness. I did not see it well but it seemed to try to impart arcane knowledge to me but I could not understand it, I could only feel it in the back of my mind. I understood I was at a level of consciousness where such knowledge is beyond my comprehension. I wondered if this level of existence was even reachable. However, after the trip, I started connecting the dots. The mushrooms are visually reminiscent of these great creatures that exist in multiple planes. We do not understand them either. Perhaps the hallucinogenic compounds in the mushrooms are their mediums of communication? So, in order to comprehend cosmic knowledge, one must consume these mushrooms, until one escapes the boundaries of human existence?

I feel bad that I could never function without a stimulant, literally ever. As a kid, I started drinking a lot of coffee and tea. I'd drink up to 10 cups of either a day. I don't remember why I was doing it, I just liked the effects, the energy, the focus, it felt very natural and automatic to me. This continued throughout school, where I generally suffered from executive dysfunction and bad control of emotions, although coffee lessened it somewhat. I burned out in high school but still pushed through. Started burning out in college again and got diagnosed with ADHD, was put on Ritalin then Adderall then Dextroamphetamine ER. Dex makes me feel almost normal in the way I act, in the sense that my speech goes from rapid to slower, I fidget way less, I don't feel like shit unless Im getting jitters, I just generally feel better. Coffee makes me feel a bit like that too although to a lesser extent, its more about making me feel better emotionally than improving executive function.

Anyway even when I did a stim detox and had 0 caffeine withdrawal, I just felt slugging, unmotivated, uninterested, and just bad overall. That was long before trying dex and it's the same now. I can't imagine being off stimulants and ever accomplishing anything. It just feels like my brain can't work without them and whenever I am 100% off stims I feel bad, it doesn't matter which stim, just a cup of coffee helps. Caffeine unironically makes me more euphoric while amps make me more goal oriented.

I never abused anything except caffeine, as in, I take relatively low doses of dex (5-10mg) and I had good grades in college but it still feels like I am dysfunctional, simply because I can't function without these drugs and without them, especially when it comes to work related stuff where I need d-amp, activity requiring a lot of focus takes a heavy emotional toll on me. I can't imagine how some people can just wake up and feel great doing their work or engaging in any kind of activity without a stimulant and detoxing has never helped me, I don't really do degenerate stuff like porn or tiktok, I limit all that stuff but it still doesn't bring my dopamine back to normal. I feel like I am always dependent on some kind of stimulant to function and I will never be able to function without stimulants.

Is there any alternative to this that works? How bad is what I am doing? I thought about switching to bupropion but my doctor said it's not likely to help much for my condition.

As far as I know Saffron at 30mg is a natural antidepressant that mostly inhibits monoamines, it also has some mild gabaergic and NMDA effects. In studies it's comparable to SSRI's and SNRI's and the evidence is much stronger for other herbal supplements. Still, more data is needed to say if it matches the SSRI's/SNRI's.

I've been using saffron for anxiety and it does lower my baseline anxiety, but nothing crazy. No classical SSRI side effects either. However, I also found it to be mildly activating. When I take it in the morning with my stimulant, I notice I get this flight or fight feeling instead of feeling more relaxed. It's often unpleasant and disruptive. Also when I take it when my stimulant is running out, it kind of gives me some more stimulation for a couple of hours. For the stimulant, I use a low dose dextroamphetamine ER prescribed for ADHD-C. It is very strong and I have combined it with Rhodiola in the past and even though Rhodiola is just a herbal extract it made me feel irritable, anxious, almost raging while on dexamp, even though that usually doesn't happen when I take the stimulant on its own.

So my idea was that Saffron ONLY works in the background like an SSRI would but it appears to have some immediate activating effect, which can backfire. Chemically it makes sense because Saffron inhibits both norepinephrine and dopamine, however that effect should not be strong.

This could just be my sensitivity or some unique interaction with dextroamphetamine so I am curious if you feel something similar off saffron or if it is a sugar pill for you.

If I take a low dose of methamphetamine (enough for wakefulness, energy, strong appetite suppression, motivation) say 5-20mg and do the following cardio regimen: 1 hour rest and eat (a small amount of protein in a shake, keeping calories as low as possible), then 1 hour cardio, then 1 hour rest and protein, then 1 hour cardio. And doing it this way until 12 hours have passed. The calorie intake should not exceed 1000 calories in order to maximize fat burning, all of the daily food intake is protein.

Is this a valid strategy for extreme rapid fat burning? Let's say if I do it twice a week.

GHB kills anxiety like benzos but also stimulates dopamine release, making you feel chill and euphoric. Is it far better than benzos for recreational use then?

For anxiety specifically (I have it in general, not a dosage issue), what's the best add-on to speed that is not alcohol? I am considering benzos and lyrica, just once or twice a week max when I need to socialize. I can keep benzos under control easily but never tried lyrica, if there are other great drugs for this I am all ears.

It makes me want to complete my goal no matter what and at any cost. I feel unstoppable in completing this goal. The goal is jacking off to porn. I will vigorously abuse my third leg even If I can't finish anymore...because I have a mission and I am willing to complete it by any means necessary.

If you don't take hardcore abusive doses but a little bit for a mild buzz, will it be hard on your heart? 90-180mg pure DXM from robotabs. Also is it still a no with stimulants?

I took 75mg tianeptine sodium and it hit me with opioid-level body relaxation, moderate euphoria, anxiety relief.

However, it did not feel like exactly like a classical opiate (maybe except oxy). It wasn't sedating at all. I had so much energy, like even too much. I felt EXTREMELY confident, talking to people was never easier but I was likely acting like a crackhead. My speech was like I was on crack, talking really fast and so on. All this happening while I had waves of euphoria hitting me. It did not last long, 4 hours maybe but I felt high as fuck.

Is this why this shit is so addictive? It's like a really energizing opiate? It would probably be different with higher doses. But it really seemed to give me almost everything I wanted from a drug: strong anti-anxiety, euphoria and confidence. Kind of like a stimulant but I don't need to stack a benzo on top to counter anxiety and the confidence boost was way better. I heard it's extremely fiendish and addictive and it makes sense why.

Btw this happened a year ago, I haven't taken tia ever since.

People talk about doing 100mg of vyvanse, 60mg adderall, a ton of dex but for me, I feel uncomfortably numb, irritated and just mad at my existence at anything over 20mg Vyvanse or 5mg Dex.

However, at 20mg or 5mg life does feel much better, with Vyvanse rush lasts same as Dex but then I get a few more hours of just feeling okay-good but not super good. And I don't seem to build a tolerance to any dose, like say when I was using higher doses I d feel the same etc. But I take them orally

Why is that? I thought more dopamine = better mood

It's really hard to talk to people without some post-irony or dumb shit to make regular convos more interesting and get through small talk. I find it somewhat fixable with stims but stims don't always fix the barriers to social interaction like anxiety and other shit.

What's gonna be the next best thing to stack on top of the stimulant for this? Something you can do sometimes, not an opiate. I'd rather not drink alcohol either.

Do downers help you feel the high of stims? Sometimes when amps are peaking I get a jittery high where I feel a bit like a zombie and uninterested but also anxious and worried about things. Would taking a downer help with getting the high?
