I’ve been giving much thought about this lately, but have struggled to put the words behind the ideas.

Stay grounded: when you decide to adopt a chastity device, make sure it complements the existing relationship. Have it add value. I've seen many posts where the locked husband hopes for more investment from his keyholder wife. The philosophy here is to make sure the experience flows well with an existing dynamic, even if it's a vanilla dynamic.

Manage your fantasies: this is the biggest irony of the chastity setup. As a male who is locked, the level of horniness naturally increases (becoming an inevitable reality day to day). So stay grounded and manage your fantasies. For some, chastity is about conquering your desire for organisms. Here, I am proposing a deeper layer of thought: chastity is about conquering your mind, and managing intrusive thoughts. By doing so, we become masters of our body and mind (despite the obvious irony of "not being in control").
