My partner really wants me to eat his ass but I am resistant to the idea. People love to do it but for my I find it conceptually really off putting, but since he really wants me to and I care about him I will do it. The problem now is I have no idea what I’m supposed to do? What should I do that feels best? Obviously I should talk to him about this and I will don’t worry but I want so basic starter advice because I truly know nothing.

Also can anyone assuage my fears about this being unsanitary? Can’t you get sick?
