I've been with chastity on and off since 2021 (thanks to Virtual Succubus even though the dev hates me). Tried two dozen designs. Could always pull out from them, or orgasm in them, but most importantly, they all chafes the skin and dropped down.

Theoughout 2022-23 I used to wear an FRRK-91 cage (Allen key lock, metal, 45 mm long, 38-40 mm ring) - it's somewhat too large for my "extreme grower" (©) anatomy, it slid down, and it chafed, but it kinda ha the job done... if being locked for a few hours per day counts as a lockup.

Then in Sept 2023 I bought a waistband strap, and that enabled me to wear my older experiment from July 2021 - FRRK-32, a metal nub cage with a 45 mm flat ring. It was a huge breakthrough for me to have a cage sit actually tight against my pelvis! It still chafed, but that's something I had an issue with every other device I had ever tried (including a knock-off Cobra Turtlehead), so it was arguably a decent trade off. I went on to wear it sometimes, even daily throughout half of 2024, but the chafing never went away.

Now it's May 2026, I've joined an AI lock on Chaster, and decided to experiment without the waistband strap. And... while the sliding down returned, to my surprise, the chafing has almost completely disappeared? I'm actually floored. I guess, I sinply forgot I took the bargain of it sitting tight yet chafing, but I never properly investigated if sliding down did not cause chafing - evidently, it does not.

There are a few designs I haven't even tried - such as the Cherry Keeper with Headlock, but I'm wary of the plastic quality (of the Chinese knockoffs, the real ones don't have shipping to my place anyway). Or maybe a 40 mm flat metal ring - but it would still be heavy, and I already got burned back in 2021 by going as tight as a 25 mm ring which still was useless (yes, 25 mm, I have no idea what my anatomy even is at this point). Oh, and I have tried beeswax agaibst chafing but to no avail. I have no hope in lubes such as talc or whatever, and I hate greasy substances with a passion

My question is somewhat like this - does it still count as a lockup if it slides down (so that the start of the shaft is outside)? It's likely the only physivslly possible scenario where I can be locked for longer than 6 hours at a time with no chafing...
